What we do
Few mandates, senior attention.
Wrotham Partners is a boutique capital advisory firm and placement agent based in London, with coverage across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Doha and Kuwait. We advise on equity raises, debt, sales and acquisitions where Gulf capital is part of the answer.
We take on a small number of mandates at a time so that each one is led by senior people from the first conversation to completion. Materials are prepared in-house, investors are approached selectively, and the process is kept discreet.
We represent the business raising capital. We are not an investor or a fund manager, and we never hold client or investor money.
How we work
Three commitments.
Senior-led. A Founding Partner or senior member of the team leads every mandate, supported by a small deal team, with no hand-off once the work begins.
Properly prepared. Investor materials, financial models and data rooms are prepared in-house and tested against the questions Gulf investors ask before anything is sent.
Selective introductions. We approach a short list of investors whose appetite fits the opportunity, rather than circulating a business widely.

London, with the Gulf in view.
London is our only office. We cover the Gulf through regular travel and relationships across the region.
