Investor Relations

Technology opportunities. Considered access.

Wrotham Partners focuses on technology businesses across the UK and Europe, working with professional and institutional capital providers active in the sector.

Our focus

A defined area of coverage.

Our coverage spans software and SaaS, artificial intelligence and data, financial technology, healthcare technology, climate technology and digital infrastructure.

Working within a defined perimeter allows us to understand the businesses in it properly, and to be precise about what an opportunity is and is not before it reaches a capital provider.

  • Software & SaaS
  • AI & Data
  • FinTech
  • HealthTech
  • ClimateTech
  • Digital Infrastructure

Relevance

Understanding before presenting.

Capital providers are specific about what they invest in. Stage, sector, structure, scale and geography all determine whether an opportunity merits attention, and an approach that disregards them wastes time on both sides.

We seek to understand investment preferences and areas of interest before putting anything forward, and to present opportunities with the context required to form a view quickly.

A smaller number of relevant conversations is worth more to both sides than broad distribution.

Capital providers

Who we work with.

Wrotham Partners does not publish the names of capital providers. Relationships are private and treated as confidential.

Venture Capital

Institutional venture funds investing across early and later venture stages.

Growth Equity

Funds backing established technology businesses with demonstrated commercial traction.

Family Offices

Private capital with flexible mandates and longer holding horizons.

Strategic Investors

Corporate and strategic capital seeking commercial as well as financial alignment.

Private Capital

Other private-market capital providers, including private credit and hybrid structures.

Market coverage

UK and European technology.

Europe has developed genuine depth in technology: strong engineering talent, mature enterprise buyers, and companies building across borders from an early stage.

It also remains a market where local context matters. Regulation, procurement behaviour and go-to-market dynamics differ meaningfully between jurisdictions, and those differences shape how a business should be assessed.

For capital providers

Establish a relationship with the firm.

Professional and institutional investors active in our areas of coverage are welcome to make contact. Sharing sector focus, stage, structure preferences and geography allows us to be selective and relevant in what we bring forward.

Correspondence and stated preferences are treated as confidential.
