What we do, and what we do not do
A capital adviser and placement agent for serious raises.
We help Western businesses raise equity and debt by introducing them to family offices, private investors and other allocators, principally across the Gulf, and running the process from first call to signed documents. We also advise on sales and acquisitions involving Gulf capital. We represent the party raising capital. We are not the investor, we are not a fund manager, we are not a bank and we never take custody of anyone's money. Wrotham Partners does not hold itself out as authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority or any other regulator; where an activity requires authorisation, it is undertaken by, or with, appropriately authorised parties.
