Careers
Small teams. Serious work.
We work in small teams on a limited number of mandates. Colleagues are close to the substance of the work from the outset.
Working here
Responsibility earlier than most.
Boutique advisory is a different environment to a large institution. Teams are small, the work is not heavily layered, and the distance between research and the conversations it informs is short.
That places a premium on judgement and precision. Analysis is read by people making consequential decisions, and the standard expected is institutional from the first week.

What we look for
- Genuine interest in technology businesses and how they are built
- Analytical precision and comfort with financial detail
- Clear written communication under time pressure
- Discretion — much of the work is confidential
- Judgement about what matters and what does not
Development
Learning by proximity.
Capital advisory is learned through exposure: to management teams, to how professional investors think, and to the reasoning behind decisions that could have gone another way.
Colleagues work alongside senior people rather than beneath several layers of them, and are expected to form views and defend them.
The best training in this work is being in the room while it happens.
